Starting in August 2020 with Josh and apprentice Jamie, JSR Electrical has grown to become a leader in the Mackay & Whitsundays known for their quality electrical work and commitment to the local community.

Who We are

JSR Electrical & Air-Conditioning was founded in 2020 by owner and operator, Josh Reitano. Josh’s career in the electrical industry began at the age of 15, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the challenging mining sector of Mount Isa. It was there he developed a deep respect for the trade and a commitment to high standards. This passion for the electrical industry, combined with a desire to serve the local community, led him to establish JSR in Mackay—a company built to apply that high-level expertise to the diverse needs of both homes and businesses across the region.

I most enjoy being able to work with an awesome team every day. I also enjoy being able to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and keep them happy. At the end of each day I enjoy taking my kids for a walk to the park and taking them to the Goose ponds to feed the ducks.
