Smoke alarms (visual inspection)
Power points (visual inspections)
Light switches and light fittings (confirming operation)

Signs of DIY or non-compliant electrical work

ADVANCED INSPECTION – $1000 + GST

Comprehensive Electrical Assessment

Recommended for older homes, high-value properties, or buyers wanting a more detailed evaluation.

Includes everything in the Basic Inspection, plus:

Circuit identification (only if unlabelled and switchboard compliant)
Roof space wiring assessment (Only if an accessible manhole)
Identification of outdated wiring types (black rubber wiring)
Smoke alarm compliance assessment
Budget guidance for upgrades or rectification works
